My little girl is getting to be so big! Madigan turned 4 on August 16!!! It was a Sunday so we went to church and had a Tinkerbell themed birthday party that afternoon here at our house. We had a hamburger bar with french fries. And she got lots and lots of presents. She requested that I make her cake and it should be a chocolate cake with banana icing. I don't know where she gets these ideas! I found a banana cream cheese icing recipe on the internet and used it, but it was really runny. I tried to thicken it up, however it was still basically a glaze. So the cake in the picture still has that wax paper around it from "frosting" it. Madigan didn't seem to mind.
Here she is all dressed up for church. Such a pretty smile!
These are the roller skates she got from Aunt Linda and Uncle Billy. Nice pose!
